Job Duties:
Primary Care Rounding in SNF:

Building Relationships:
- Build relationships with patients, their families, and facility staff for effective treatment delivery.
Medical Director Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians.
- Conduct clinical case reviews and share information related to quality of care.
External Engagement:
- Represent TeamHealth externally, establishing and maintaining relationships in the post-acute care community.
Collaboration with Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives and network management.
Skills Required:
Clinical Excellence:
- Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and critical thinking.
Communication:
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications:
Clinical Experience:

DEA Certification:
- Maintain an active and unrestricted DEA or have an application in process.
