What You'll Do:



  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with blood disorders and cancer.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies (as applicable).

  • Manage patient care throughout their treatment journey, both in the clinic and inpatient setting.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to monitor patient progress and response to treatment.

  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

  • Collaborate with other specialists (, surgeons, radiation oncologists) to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Cerner electronic health record system.


Who You Are:



  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty fellowship in Hematology and Oncology.

  • Current and active license to practice medicine in Wisconsin (WI).

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions, including bone marrow biopsies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Proficient in Cerner electronic medical record system.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
