  • Call Schedule: One week up to two times per quarter

  • Compensation:
    - Base salary $180,000 - $225,000/yr
    - Annual bonuses up to $20,000

    Qualifications:
    - Previous experience required
    - Current MA medical and prescribing license
    - DEA
    - Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.
    - Must apply for and be granted privileges at the affiliated hospital(s).
    - Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.
    - Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a ;/li>
