Seeking an experienced BE/BC PCCM Physician, preferably with a California license for a full-time position with a well-established group. The vacancy is due to one of the practicing PCCM doctors leaving for family reasons and the group would like to keep up with the current demand. The role would involve rounding at 1-2 facilities for inpatients and regular office hours for outpatient work. ICU call is taken at 1:5 during weekdays and at 1:3 for the weekends. There is a good payor mix, plenty of referrals, and excellent room for production within this group. There is the option to practice some Sleep Medicine as well. A very competitive compensation package is being offered including a one-year income guarantee, debt forgiveness for 3 more years, sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation package.
