Medical Center seeks to add a full time Pediatric Critical Care Specialist. Must be BC in Pediatrics and either BC/BE in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine or possess extensive experience in Pediatric critical care medicine. Newly constructed 8 bed pediatric intensive care unit serves the critical needs of medical, surgical, and trauma patients in the pediatric department. This 880 bed regional medical center includes a 44 bed level III NICU, and a 28 bed Pediatric Unit. The family birth center delivers 5,000 infants annually. The Pediatric Emergency Department has 17 beds and staffed by full time pediatric emergency medicine opportunity places a strong emphasis on clinical services and program growth. Responsibilities include clinical coverage for the PICCS, participation in program development, and teaching supervision of family practice residents. Clinical services include coverage of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Hospitalist Service, and a Pediatric Procedural Sedation employed position with competitive salary and generous benefits package.
