• Schedule: 2 days a week. Days are negotiable, and the daily schedule is set by the provider.


• Board Certification Requirements: BC/BE (must be boarded within 2 years of employment)


• On-Call Duties: Yes, day call every weekend (7a-7p), telephone only.


• Benefits: PT primary care rounding and Facility Medical Directorship.


• Average Census: 50 census, 18 skilled.
