Responsibilities:



  • Coverage: Join a team providing emergency medical services in a well-equipped emergency department.

  • Shift Details:

    • Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

    • Shift Change: 7 AM / 7 PM



  • Emergency Department Profile:

    • Annual Patient Volume: Approximately 26,000 visits

    • Facility Size: 17-bed emergency department

    • EMR System: MediTech

    • Support Services: State-recognized paramedic-level ambulance services, critical care support

    • Awards: Lifeline EMS Silver Award




Requirements:



  • Board Certification:

    • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (BCEM)

    • Alternatively, Board Certified in Family Medicine (BCFM) or Internal Medicine (BCIM) with recent Emergency Department (ED) experience

    • ABPS Emergency Medicine certification accepted



  • Certifications Required:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)



  • Experience:

    • Recent experience in Emergency Medicine required



  • Credentialing Timeframe:

    • Approximately 30 days
