· Great FMD, been leader there for a long time, great leader, communicator, advocate
· Freestanding is $230/hour; ED is wRVUs – average is $250/hour
· Busy level 3 ED – 38 beds in the ED
· Both physicians and APCs on staff
· Annual ED volume is 58,000 – about 2 patients per hour
· EPIC EMR
· In Washington, physicians can either be employed with TH or Independent
· Signing bonus
· Must be ABEM
· Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a 270 bed facility – established over 75 years ago
· Located in the Tri-cities area – southeastern part of Washington, near the Columbia and Yakima Rivers
