    DETAILS:
    - Regular weekday schedule with one evening shift a week and one Saturday shift every 5-6 weeks
    - Work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and medical assistants to provide advanced practice physical and psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and management of health and illness needs
    - Direct patient care for all ages and genders,
    including both acute and chronic care
    - 2+ years of experience REQUIRED
    - Experience in a community health setting PREFERRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
