Exciting Permanent Opportunity for Gastroenterologist near PATEROS, WA

Position Overview:



  • Work alongside a team of nine intellectually curious and well-trained Physicians, including five General GI, two Therapeutic GI, one Hepatologist, and one Motility Specialist, along with six Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Consult at one hospital covered by a robust hospitalist program, eliminating admissions responsibility.

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including a 4 or 5-day schedule.

  • Call rotation of 1:8 when fully staffed.

  • Engage in a balanced workload, with 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits.

  • Conduct 14-16 procedures per day.

  • GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics, extending care to locations such as Omak and Moses Lake, WA.

  • Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system for seamless documentation.


What We're Seeking in a Candidate:



  • Board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Gastroenterologists.

  • Welcome interest in General GI, Therapeutic Endoscopy, IBD, and Hepatology.

  • Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.

  • Physicians who prioritize high-quality care and work-life balance.

  • Possess concise and compassionate communication skills for patient and family education.

  • Proficient in thoroughly documenting and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 is an essential requirement.
