    • 5+ years' experience as a practicing physician in a primary health care environment,
    community health center, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
    • Clear and active Florida Medical License
    • Active Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or other
    board certification based on specialty
    • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
    • Proficiency in EMR
    • Practice and personnel management experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
