Shift Description:
- PRN Basis: As needed basis

Job Details:
- Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Rate Type: Daily
- Practice Setting: Ongoing PRN basis
- Board Certification: Required
- Certification Eligibility: Board Eligible
- State License: Oregon
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
- Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
- No prescribing or treatment required.
- Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.
- Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).
- Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
- Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
- Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
- State License in Oregon.
