  • Hours:Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: 25 patients per day
  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Compensation:
    Pay Range: $108,000-$165,000, with a competitive bonus structure based on
    performance, including shift differentials for weekend work.

    DETAILS:
    - Looking for a provider with excellent people skills and experience working in fast-paced environments
    - Provider must be comfortable in seeing patients individually and making decisions on patient care independently
    - EMR: DocuTAP
    REQUIRED:
    - CO License
    - DEA License
    - Minimum 2 years of primary care experience.
    - Live in Denver County or be willing to relocate
    - MUST be trained to/ have experience seeing all ages (infant to geriatrics)
