Position Overview:




  • Provider #1:



    • Shift: 3p-3a

    • First Shift: April 30, 2024

    • Schedule: 7 days on; 7 days off




  • Provider #2:



    • Shift: 3p-3a

    • First Shift: May 7, 2024

    • Schedule: 7 days on; 7 days off




  • Provider #3:



    • Shift: 10a-10p

    • First Shift: May 7, 2024

    • Schedule: 7 days on; 7 days off




Practice Environment:




  • Practice Setting:



    • Inpatient hospital services




  • Patients Per Day (over the last 6 months):



    • Average Census: 86

    • Admissions: 22




  • Support Staff:



    • Physicians: 5 from 7a-7p; 1 from 7p-7a

    • APPs: Provide overlap coverage, majority of admissions

      • 1 APP 10a-10p

      • 1 APP 3p-3a

      • 1 APP primarily in Acute Rehab but provides support M-F 7a-3:30p






Infrastructure:




  • EMR System:



    • Cerner Powerchart




  • Procedure/Skills:



    • Internal medicine, adult inpatient without ICU/CCU




Schedule:



  • 7 days on; 7 days off


Submission Requirements:




  • Board Certification:



    • Required




  • MI License at Time of Submission:



    • Preferred; Will accept providers needing to obtain the license




  • Certifications Required:



    • BLS, NALS, PALS
