Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM) / Family Medicine (FM), Primary Care
Type: Full-Time (FT)


Schedule:



  • 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

  • Ability to set up preferred start time


Details / Benefits:



  • Skilled Nursing Facility primary care rounding

  • Benefit eligible (health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k with match, CME, paid time off)

  • Call duties on days working 7 am - 7 pm (telephone only)

  • 2025 residents not accepted

  • New grads accepted

  • No visa candidates accepted

  • Contract type: Employee / W2
