Mid-Level Provider will practice medicine under the supervision of a physician in all aspects of the clinic, nursing home and hospital settings.  Mid-Level Provider must have formal training and be able to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative health care services to all age groups.   Mid-Level Provider must adhere to the policies and procedures established by Client.  Clinic Manager will assign other medical duties as necessary.
