- Hours:Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Employed
- Average Patients seen: 25-28
- Loan Repayment
- Compensation: Base Salary up to $325,000 plus productivity bonus and Director stipend
- Benefits:

- 160 hours (4 weeks) vacation time accrued biweekly
- 8 hours sick time monthly accrued biweekly
- Vaca and sick time rollover each year up to 360 hours
- $5k annual allowance for CME
- 40 hours paid CME time
- 403(b) and 457(b) plans- 403(b) auto enrolls @ 4% with employer match @ 4% after one year
- Loan assistance through State of AZ, NHSC, and HRSA

- Provide clinical leadership to 4 Center for Women locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- 60% clinical, 40% admin split
- Will have same requirements and duties as physicians
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- 2-5 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting
- Able to work effectively with and as a team player
- Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Spanish speaking preferred
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- AZ license
- Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff
- Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
