  • Average Patients seen: 16-18
  • Call Schedule: After hours nurse line: Rotate every 5-6 weeks for 1 week

    DETAILS:
    - Provide high quality, patient-centered, and values-based medical care, referral of patients for specialty care as needed, collaboration with health care team members as appropriate for consultation, referrals, and follow-up care
    - Assist mid-level health care providers in the assessment and treatment of patients as necessary and direct supervision of nursing staff
    - Direct patient care for all ages and genders,
    including both acute and chronic care
    - Experience in a community health setting PREFERRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
