    -$120,000-$150,000 based on experience (productivity and quality bonuses)

    DETAILS:
    - Performs appropriate history and physical examination based on client's presenting complaint
    - Initiates appropriate diagnostic and screening procedures based on client's history, exam, and presenting complaint, using protocols accepted by Castle Family Health Centers
    - Consults with and refers to physicians as needed or as requested by the client or physician
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - CA License REQUIRED
    - Experience in Community Health Setting REQUIRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
