  • Sign-On Bonus: $20000
  • Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience.
    1-2 yrs: $216,000
    3-6 yrs: $230,000
    7-17 yrs: $243,000
    18-24 yrs: $256,000
    25+ yrs: $270,000
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance with tail ;/li>
  • Additional Info: Providers must be comfortable with Obstetrics work at this site.
    Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County.
    - Gonzales 15% in addition to regular salary
    - Soledad 15% in addition to regular salary
    - Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary
    - King City 20% in addition to regular salary
