  • Call Schedule: Phone Call 1:8 Weekdays; 1:7 Weekend
  • Compensation:
    - Base salary up to $250,000 plus bonus opportunities; Negotiable based on experience
    - Partners have potential earnings well above $400,000 depending on your role, performance, and contribution to the practice

    - 2 Weeks Vacation, 48 Hours Sick Time
    - 3 Days CME plus $1,000 Allowance

    - Our privately owned practice provides the perfect opportunity for those looking to have freedom and autonomy over how their practice is run.
    - Partnership track available; $60,000 buy-in with the compensation based on collections minus the overhead and rainy day (contingency) fund.
    - Daily patient visits are a mix of new patient appointments/wellness visits: 45-60 minutes, follow-up patient appointments: 15-30 minutes, sick and review visits: 15 minutes.

    - Each provider has a dedicated medical assistant.
    - EMR: eClinicalWorks, Dictation: Dragon
    Requirements:
    - Physician must be board certified before they start practicing.
    - Eligible for or have an active AZ license
