Candidate Criteria: BC/BE - Vascular Surgery. Vascular fellowship with endovascular training preferred. General Surgery training
is a plus. Candidates must be experienced and prepared to be independent.
AMG/FMG: AMG or FMG

Exclusions: No new fellowship grads.

Hospitals: 1 hospital is primary location, with occasional coverage at 1 other local facility (13 miles)

Job Description: The client is currently seeking an experienced Vascular Surgeon for an excellent opportunity located in
downtown metro Milwaukee. This opportunity is ideal for those interested in program development and
expansion. Option to work with General Surgery and Podiatry residents.
Heart & Vascular Institute based onsite – Surgical Services, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cath Lab, EKG, Nuclear
Stress Testing, Pacemaker Clinic, Peripheral Vascular Lab, Vascular Testing, Wound Care.
Physician who is willing to be a program developer
- Physician who is willing to be autonomous and good communicator will be key
- Potential recruitment involvement
- High probability to develop statewide program for tertiary site
Schedule/Call: Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00
2 days in clinic, 2 days in surgery
9 General Surgeons to assist with call/PTO coverage and support
Patient Census: 5-10 consults per week
Patient Population: Central and Southeastern Wisconsin, Northern IL.
