• Core Skills: Utilize and enhance core skills, including central line placement, airway management, ventilator management, thoracentesis, and post-operative management.

• Transport Participation: Contribute to ground neonatal transports as needed, playing a critical role in extending our care beyond the NICU.


• MFM Program: Collaborate with our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program to provide comprehensive care to high-risk prenatal patients.
