We are searching for a qualified NP or PA to join our team and play a vital role in delivering compassionate primary care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This W-2 employee position offers a structured schedule with one week on, one week off rotation (Wednesday through Tuesday), allowing you to dedicate significant time to your personal life while contributing to exceptional patient care.

Key Qualifications:



  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress)

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care preferred

  • Experience in a post-acute care setting a plus, but not required

  • Active and unrestricted DEA license for the state of Washington
