Are you a skilled Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Family and Geriatric Medicine? We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and growing practice near Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is perfect for a provider who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. You will be joining a dedicated team of four physicians and three nurse practitioners, all working together to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.


Position Overview:



  • Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Family & Geriatric Medicine

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

  • Shift: Day

  • Schedule: Regular Full-Time

  • Work From Home: No


What You Can Expect:



  • Clinic Hours:

    • Monday Friday, 8:00 5:00

    • Enjoy a consistent work schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts.



  • Patient Volume:

    • Average outpatient volume of 20 25 patients per day, allowing for detailed and attentive patient care.



  • Call Expectations:

    • No on-call responsibilities, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.




Common Diagnoses Treated:



  • Child and adult wellness visits

  • Chronic back pain

  • Diabetes management

  • Hypertension

  • Heart failure


Ideal Candidate:



  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in family medicine is highly preferred.



  • Skills:

    • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with patients, the community, and medical staff.



  • Collaborative Spirit:

    • Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.




Qualifications:



  • Educational Requirements:

    • Master's Degree: Required

    • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification: Required



  • Certification:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required (American Heart Association)
