Key Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas (active license required)


• Board-certified in neonatal care


• Minimum of two years' experience working in a NICU setting


• Meticulous documentation skills


• Flexible with scheduling requirements


• Strong desire to teach and mentor nurses and potentially medical students

Schedule and Patient Load:

• Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts


• NICU Level: 28 beds


• Average Daily Census: 18
