We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a surgical team in a locum to perm opportunity near Roseburg, Oregon. This is an excellent chance for those looking to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused healthcare environment.

Schedule Details
- Shift Type: Days
- Shift Options:
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Five 8-hour shifts
- On-Call Requirements: To be determined
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures and patient care in various specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice.
- Ensure proper sterile techniques are maintained at all times during surgery.
- Collaborate with the operative team, including surgeons and nursing staff, to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in room setup, turnover, and other operational duties as directed.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
Job Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- Licensure: Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of PA work experience in orthopedics required.
- Local Ties: Preference for candidates with ties to Oregon, such as family or previous residency in the state.

Physical Requirements
