Key Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida (active license required)


• Board-certified in neonatal care


• Minimum of two years' experience working in a NICU setting


• Meticulous documentation skills


• Flexible with scheduling requirements


• Strong desire to teach and mentor nurses and potentially medical students

Schedule and Patient Load:

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling with blocks of time off every other week


• NICU Level: Level III


• Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists / 4 NNPs


• Shift Type: 24-hour in-house shifts


• Average Daily Census: 18

Additional Information:

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
