Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity in Oklahoma


Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) looking for a rewarding locum tenens assignment? We have an immediate need for a CRNA to join our dynamic team near Altus, OK. This opportunity provides a chance to contribute to a vibrant healthcare environment while enjoying the flexibility of locum tenens work.


Assignment Details:



  • Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • End Date: Ongoing

  • Shift: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

  • Coverage Needed: Supplemental


Facility Overview:



  • EMR System: Liquid Paper - iPad based system

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient

  • Providers Required: 1 CRNA

  • Scheduled Work Hours: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

  • Call Rotation: 1:6

  • Total Cases in 2023: 5500

  • Case Breakdown: 3000 GI cases, 440 OB, 1200 Ophthalmology

  • Additional Information: Recently hired an orthopedic surgeon, so candidates must be comfortable with general ortho.


Practice Requirements:



  • Board Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

  • License: Licensed in OK or IMLC

  • Certifications: ACLS, NBCRNA, DEA

  • Temporary Privileges: Emergency temps available
