Locum Tenens Opportunity for OBGYN Near Gold Bar, WA



  • Duration: Through September, with the possibility of extension

  • Shift Description: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a) at the hospital and 6 clinic days per month

  • Orientation: CSH Orientation begins on Tuesdays. Providers must complete orientation prior to providing patient care.


Schedule/Availability Requirements:



  • Average Call Back Hours:

  • 24-hour call shifts and clinic days totaling 6 call shifts per month and 1-2 clinic days per month.

  • Clinic days can be booked in advance, ideally during the same time period as call days but not the same day or the day after a 24-hour call.


Details:



  • Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

  • Duties (Hospital): Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, triage if required, ED consults, gynecological surgeries as necessary

  • Duties (Clinic): Obstetric and gynecological patient care

  • Required Procedures: Management of L+D patients, assisting CNMs/FPOBs, GYN coverage in ER, Level 1 Nursery, comfortable at CAH

  • EMR: Epic

  • Patients per Day: 2-5

  • Support Staff: L+D RNs, CNMs, FPOBs, X-ray tech, MA, RN, LPN/LVN, Lab tech

  • Credentialing: As soon as credentialed for ongoing coverage
