Locum Tenens Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician Needed in Montana (j-231794)

  • Diverse Patient Population: Treat a variety of cases involving adults aged 18 and over, helping them regain function and improve quality of life.




  • Supportive Call Structure: Share call coverage with other physicians depending on availability, ensuring manageable workload and support.




  • Seamless Technology: Leverage your familiarity with PinPoint, the EMR system used at our facility.




  • Key Responsibilities:



    • Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to inpatients.

    • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform necessary procedures.

    • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and internists, to optimize patient care.

    • Manage call coverage and respond to patient needs outside of scheduled hours (night and weekend call).




  • Qualifications for Success:



    • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR).

    • Fellowship preferred, but not mandatory.

    • Valid Montana medical license to practice medicine without restrictions.

    • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety.

    • Experience with inpatient rehabilitation is highly preferred.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.

    • The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
