Locum Tenens Pathologist (Pediatric Pathology) Needed Near Horsham, PA


We are seeking a qualified Pathologist specializing in Pediatric Pathology for a locum tenens position near Horsham, PA. This role is essential to address a provider shortage and requires an experienced physician to join the team on an ongoing basis. The position involves working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive pathology services.


Position Details:

Practice Details:



  • Work Schedule: The position entails working 2-3 shifts per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call duties required

  • Patient Panel: This role primarily involves the diagnosis and study of pediatric diseases through the examination of tissues, organs, and bodily fluids

  • Support Structure: The pathologist will work alongside a dedicated team, including lab technicians and support staff, to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses

  • Procedures: The pathologist will be responsible for conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests, including biopsies and autopsies, particularly focusing on pediatric cases
