Your commitment will involve a flexible schedule of 12-hour clinic and hospital shifts, with one day dedicated to both. On-call responsibilities during weekends, starting at 7:00 AM and ending the following day at 7:00 AM, include attending to both assigned and unassigned patients within a 15-minute response time. The call-back ratio is 100%, with an average of three phone consults, one admission, and three patient visits while on call.


The age group you'll be serving is exclusively under 18, within an inpatient setting where EPIC serves as the primary EMR system. Board certification is a prerequisite, and fellowship training is essential. The credentialing process, taking approximately 90 days, ensures a thorough vetting of qualified candidates. Temporary privileges are available.
