Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a patient load of 6-12 patients per shift within a 22-bed department.

    • Conduct assigned rounds on hospitalized patients, ensuring comprehensive care throughout their stay.

    • Handle admissions, requiring your expertise to assess, diagnose, and plan treatment for new patients.



  • Call Coverage:

    • You will be required to take night call for pediatric patients, with a focus on managing newborns while on pediatric call.

    • Flexibility to cover 12-hour day shifts for adult patients, ensuring a seamless transition between day and night coverage.



  • Clinical Requirements:

    • The role demands a physician who is board certified in either Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (IM/PED).

    • Essential certifications include BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS to ensure readiness for a range of clinical scenarios.
