A leading healthcare organization near Huntsville, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Pediatricians to join their expanding outpatient team. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for both full-time and part-time candidates passionate about providing comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting. This role allows you to work with a diverse patient population in a flexible, supportive, and dynamic environment.


Key Position Details:



  • Position Type: Permanent

  • Location: Near Huntsville, Ohio

  • Specialty: Pediatrics (Outpatient Only)

  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours with options for extended morning or evening shifts

  • Weekend Requirements: 100% outpatient with light phone call, currently 1:5

  • Call Requirements: No hospital call, outpatient phone call only


Job Highlights:



  • Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities: Full-time is preferred, but both options are open for discussion.

  • Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside three experienced Pediatricians, a PA, an NP, a care navigator, social workers, and an onsite Phlebotomist.

  • Patient Volume: Approximately 25+ patients per day in a well-established practice.


Qualifications:



  • Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics (Required)

  • Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain one (Required)

  • Clean Malpractice and License History (Required)

  • Commitment to community health and underserved populations.

  • Open to candidates with a strong interest in practicing at the top of their license.
