Job Description: Complete H&Ps. Provide methadone, suboxone, subutex and vivitrol services.
Patient Census: Our current census is 116. Number per work day is determined by the number of intakes usually between 2-4, scheduled appoints for H&P or Medication modifications. On OBOT days we are looking at 10
License/Cert: Board Certified. Active CT license. DEA
