Internal Medicine Department | Full-time Position | Day Shift

What We Need:


We are searching for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care Physician with a commitment to clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with the community and building enduring relationships with colleagues. Collaboration is key, and we expect physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to work seamlessly together to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.


What You Can Expect:




  1. Flexible Full-Time Schedule:



    • Enjoy a work schedule that does not include weekends or holidays, promoting a healthy work-life balance.




  2. Call Responsibilities:



    • Physicians share call duties and act as backup for Nurse Practitioners during nights and weekends.

    • Experience low call volume, averaging around 1 call per month.




  3. Professional Development:



    • Additional training, including a short immersive course and appropriate Continuing Medical Education (CME) in Palliative Care, is provided upon hire.




  4. Support and Resources:



    • National Catholic Bioethics certification is provided.

    • Work within a collegial team of specialists.

    • Benefit from onsite chaplain and social worker support.
