- Predictable Schedule: Maintain a predictable call schedule, covering two weekends per month (Friday-Monday).

What You'll Do:
- Manage an average inpatient census of 2 patients.
- Admit an average of 1 patient per day, with night admissions also averaging 1.
- Perform comprehensive inpatient care for obstetrical and gynecological needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and families throughout their hospital stay.
- Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and interventions thoroughly and efficiently within the EPIC electronic medical records system.
Who You Are:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required).
- Current and active license to practice medicine in North Carolina (only).
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification (required).
- Current ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification (required).
- Completion of the AWHON Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within the last 2 years (required).
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
