Locum Tenens Urologist Needed near Lynchburg, VA (j-234898)

We are actively searching for a qualified urologist to join our team and provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a busy hospital environment. Key Qualifications:



  • Licensed to practice medicine in Virginia (active license required)

  • Board-certified/eligible in urology

  • Current DEA registration

  • Current certifications in BLS and PALS

  • Experience using eCW and/or Meditech EMR systems (preferred)


Schedule and Patient Load:



  • Schedule: Call coverage (details regarding call frequency to be discussed)

  • Patient Load: Variable; expect an average of 2-5 call backs with a 20-minute response time per 24-hour period


Additional Information:



  • This is a 24-hour call coverage position within a hospital setting.

  • The daily patient volume reflects the average number of patients requiring intervention upon call back.
