Location: Near Stockton, CA
Dates: ASAP - Ongoing


We are seeking an experienced Urologist for a locum tenens position near Stockton, CA. This role involves providing comprehensive urology care in an inpatient setting with both scheduled clinical hours and call coverage.


Position Overview:



  • Position Type: Locum Tenens

  • Bed In Department: To be determined

  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Call Coverage: 3 weeks per month

  • Rounding: Not applicable

  • Additional Info: Office and call coverage includes managing urology cases, with office hours and call as specified.


Qualifications:



  • Board Certification: Required

  • Fellowship: Preferred

  • Minimum Board Certification: Certified

  • Licensure: Licensed in California only

  • Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, BLS

  • Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

  • Temporary Privileges: Available

  • Hospital Stroke Certification: Yes

  • EMR Systems: Cerner (hospital), Athena (clinic)


Additional Details:



  • Coverage Needs: Includes office hours and call coverage, providing urology services as needed

  • Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Call Coverage: Three weeks per month, covering both inpatient and outpatient needs

  • Credentialing: Must complete credentialing process within 30 days and have a California medical license


This position is ideal for a board-certified urologist who is comfortable managing both scheduled office hours and call responsibilities, with experience in inpatient settings.
