Permanent: Breast Surgeon Needed (Near Windfall, IN)


Are you a dedicated and experienced Breast Surgeon seeking a rewarding career opportunity in a growing community near Windfall, IN? We're actively searching for a skilled physician to join our team and provide vital breast care services to meet the increasing demand (Job ID: j-146390).


This permanent position offers a stable career path with the potential for long-term growth. You'll play a key role in building a state-of-the-art breast cancer program and contribute significantly to exceptional patient care. We welcome applications from Indiana state-licensed physicians only.

  • Predictable Schedule with Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a well-defined schedule with 3 days dedicated to clinic consultations and 2 days for surgeries. Plus, a light call expectation with support from a nurse triage program ensures a healthy work-life balance.

  • Collaboration & Strong Referral Base: Work alongside existing breast specialists and collaborate with over 50 primary care providers in the area, creating a robust referral network.


Qualifications:



  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Breast Surgery is required.

  • Fellowship training or extensive experience in breast surgery is desired.

  • Active medical license in Indiana (IN) only is mandatory.

  • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building trust and rapport with patients and families.

  • The ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
