Are you a CRNA looking for an exciting locum tenens opportunity near Deltona, FL? We have a fantastic position available that offers flexibility and the chance to work in a dynamic environment. Here are the details:


Job Title: Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology


Job Details:



  • Shift Description: 4-10 hour shifts preferred, but some variability with 12-hour shifts is possible

  • Weekend Requirements: Yes

  • On Call Requirements: Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation, but would consider CRNA without call


Mandatory Requirements:



  • Trauma experience is a must

  • Proficiency in regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement required

  • Full-time availability

  • Active FL Medical License

  • Willingness to cross credential at West Marion

  • Clean background and malpractice history


Certification Requirements:



  • ACLS

  • BLS

  • NBCRNA


License Requirements:



  • Florida


Reason for Need:



  • Short-staffed facility


Average Time to Credential:



  • 90 days


Types of Cases:



  • Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement.


Facility Details:



  • Trauma Designation: Level 2 Trauma Center


  • of Operating Rooms: 15



  • EMR: Meditech


Shift Details:



  • Shift Days: 4-10 hour shifts preferred, but could also have some variability with 12-hour shifts

  • Call Required: Flexible - Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation, but would consider CRNA without call

  • Weekend Required: Flexible - Site could use weekend help with call rotation, not required

  • Minimum Number of Shifts per Month: Prefer full-time coverage

  • Current Available Shifts: 4-10's, 3-12's. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site. Just added!! 5 8's (3p-11p) shift also available!
