Job Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology
- Licensing: No specific licensing requirement to bid, but must be eligible for state licensure in Washington
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- EMR System: Epic
- Hospital Privileges: Not required

Work Schedule and Responsibilities:
Shifts:
- The position requires a commitment to full-time availability, or as close to full-time as possible, with an expectation of 20 shifts per month.
- The schedule consists of standard clinical hours without on-call duties. Overtime is applicable after a 40-hour workweek, not after an 8-hour day.
Clinical Focus:
- The Anesthesiologist will supervise a team of 3-4 CRNAs per MD, handling a variety of cases in a busy surgical setting.
- Responsibilities include conducting pre-operative and post-operative interviews, being present for inductions, and providing assistance as needed during procedures.
- The role requires consistent communication and support for the CRNA team to ensure optimal patient care.
Patient Demographics and Support:
- The facility operates 28 ORs and handles a diverse patient population. The program is known for its high acuity and fast-paced nature.
- The Anesthesiologist will work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, CRNAs, and surgical staff, to provide comprehensive care.
