We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRNA to join our growing anesthesia care team in a full-time capacity. You will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures within a well-established healthcare system.

Who You Are



  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). TEE certification is preferred.

  • Valid Wisconsin nursing license is mandatory.

  • A passion for anesthesia care, a commitment to patient safety and excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.

  • You possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to lifelong learning.


Additional Information



  • This is a full-time, employed (W-2) position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • We are seeking CRNAs with a strong foundation in providing anesthesia care across various surgical specialties.

  • This position offers a predictable call schedule with a 1:14 call ratio (both beeper) with post-call time off after the first call and on-call support from an in-house MD.
