Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) looking for a rewarding and permanent position? We are seeking skilled CRNAs to join a reputable medical team in Michigan, near the charming community of Lennon. New graduates are welcome to apply for this exciting, high-priority role in a collaborative healthcare environment.


Position Details:



  • Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

  • Type: Full-time, permanent

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • On-call Rotation: CRNAs share call duties, typically 1-2 weekdays per month and one weekend every few months


Key Responsibilities:



  • Anesthesia Administration: Develop and implement anesthesia care plans with physician collaboration, delivering IV sedation, general, regional, or local anesthesia for various procedures.

  • Monitoring and Emergency Response: Continuously monitor patient vitals and manage any necessary corrective actions during anesthesia; perform CPR and life-support measures when needed.

  • Pre- and Post-Operative Care:

    • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations

    • Prepare the OR suite for anesthesia needs

    • Provide post-anesthesia evaluations and care



  • Clinical Support: Assist with department operations and maintain professional standards for patient safety and care.


Essential Skills:



  • Adult and pediatric venipuncture

  • Arterial line insertion

  • Medication management, sterile technique, and airway maintenance

  • Administration and management of regional anesthetics


Requirements:



  • Education: Completion of an accredited CRNA program with NBCRNA certification or near completion of State Boards

  • Licensure: Current Michigan CRNA license (or in the process of obtaining)

  • Certifications: ACLS and BLS required at start; PALS preferred

  • Experience: Preferably 3+ years in a CRNA role with hands-on experience in a clinical setting

Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay alert in high-stress situations
