Wisconsin License & Wisconsin DEA Certification - Required
Clean malpractice - Highly Preferred
Need someone ASAP for at least 6 months, most likely until July 2022
Must be willing and clinically competent to do a variety of cases ( GI, OB, cardiac, neuro, etc.)
Call coverage not required although helpful if they are willing
Work schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)
