5 ORs till 3p - 3 ORs till 5p - 2 ORs till 8p
OB, Endo, Cath Lab
M - F w Call
Weekend 24hr Call: 7a - 7a
MDs: 7a - 3p but keep a few providers 3p-5p then 5p-8p as ORs funnel down
MD 1st Position Call In-House & 2nd Position Call Offsite(30 mins) & 3rd + 4th backup
1st Call rotation once every 2 weeks
