2 full time MD's: 1 Cardiac and 1 General
Both MD's required to take call
*Fawcett generally requires 1-2 weekday calls a week, weekend call is encouraged

May Physician work in a Supervisory Only capacity or expected to work own cases: Should have the willingness to work own cases if needed, but mostly supervising.
Monthly coverage requirements: Weekday 7am-5pm
Nights and weekends are unrestricted call.
Support staff: Depending on the day, there are 9-12 CRNA on day shift and 2 CRNA on call at night and weekends
Daily shift requirements: Weekday shift is from 7AM - 5PM. Weekday night call is from 7PM - 7AM. Weekend call is 7AM - 7AM. There is one physician and two CRNA on call (the second CRNA is back-up). All call is beeper call, but expect day cases on Saturday and Sunday.
