Position Overview

• Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


• Location: Near Sugar City, CO


• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 to 3


• Shift Type: Hospital Based


• Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 25


• Case Distribution: 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic


• Fellowship Training: Not required for cardiac or pediatric cases


• Satellite Locations: Across the street from the main hospital


• Group Composition: 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs


• Operating Rooms: 10


• OR Equipment Description: GE Carestation 650s


• EMR: EPIC


• FTE: - 1 Full time and 1 every other week, 40 hours

Required Procedures

• General Anesthesia (Adult)

Preferred Procedures

• Spinal Anesthesia


• Neurosurgical cases (spine)


• Complex vascular cases (except open heart)


• Complex orthopedic cases

Credentialing Timeframe

• 60-90 days

Certification and License Requirements

• NBCRNA Certified: Required


• Active CO License: Required or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)


• Active BLS: Required


• Epic Experience: Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC


• Clean Malpractice/Background: Required


• COVID Vaccinated: Required
