• Employment model


• Initial twelve months full-time salary guaranteed at $391,775; after 12 months, compensation will be Increased to the 50^th percentile (which is currently at $438,146 annually); year three, will be increased to the 75 %tile (which is currently at $518,196 annually) of the Southern Region Data using MGMA, AMGA, and Sullivan Cotter (if on the heart call team)


• Call coverage commitment:  As determined by the Medical Executive committee and bylaws


• $25,000 sign-on bonus


• Relocation assistance (up to $15K)


• Potential for monthly stipend final 12 months of training (up to $2K/month)

• $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement


• Malpractice coverage would begin the first day ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
